1. COMPANY DETAILS.
This website is owned and operated by Molly Browns. The registered office is 27, Stonegate, York, North Yorkshire, YO1 8AW.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Molly Browns on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Molly Browns will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of them.

Should you wish to cancel or return your purchase, you should email orders@mollybrowns.co.uk with your intention within 14 days after receiving the goods. With each order we include a returns slip which will include the address you should return your order to, depending on which of our stores will have sent the item to you. Please refer to the returns slip included in your package for the return address.
You will need to return the goods with the original receipt to us in their original condition and complete with all labels.
If you haven't yet received your goods but are still in transit you will need to return them following the information already given.
Items such as hats, earrings and fascinators are not permitted to be returned for hygiene reasons.
Dresses purchased as part of a Sample Sale are still subject to our standard returns policy, however if a different size is required, we are limited to the Sample Dresses in stock. Molly Browns is not liable for the cost of returning items.
The item returned is still your responsibility until received by Molly Browns. We strongly recommend that you return the goods via a delivery service that requires a signature on receipt, insurance to the purchase value and is trackable online.
All special orders and orders made to the customers specification are non-refundable. Upon a return fulfilling all the above requirements a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days.
Items purchased from outside of Europe, in addition to all or any of the above, the cost of customs vat, duties and brokerage are the responsibility of the customer. These payments are to be paid at the time of shipping as goods received by UK customs will not be released until such has been paid.
Customers are advised to take out insurance for orders being sent out on their behalf. Molly Browns will not be held responsable for any breakages / damages during transit.
